Kinesiologist Level 5

My entire career to date has been involved with performance excellence, from building successful corporate business units, to helping individuals and teams to succeed.

My experience allows me to pick up the little things about performance that others miss.

Now, as a Registered Kinesiology Practitioner - Level 5, I specialise in Sports Kinesiology and Performance Development, so I can continue helping others to make significant, and positive life changes, whether it's physical pain and movement difficulties, digestive disfunction, emotional stress, or brain function and learning difficulties.

If you know there's more to the life you've been living, but are unsure how to reach your physical, emotional and mental potential, call me to discuss how Kinesiology might help.

NLP Master Practitioner

While I know you've heard of the Law of Attraction and of the concept that "Perception is projection", being able to take action to become a more positive person is often easier said than done.

The difficulty I found both myself and with clients suffering trauma, fear and anxiety is that they often don't want to talk about it "again" - or at all - and especially not with a stranger.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) offers a content free approach that works together with the Holistic approaches of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Kinesiology to deliver noticeable and lasting change in physical, emotional and behavioural states, removing negative emotions and limiting beliefs and giving clients greater freedom and sense of excellence right from the very first session.

Master Personal Trainer

With almost 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer, I found my kinesiologist indispensable

when it came to remaining injury free, stress free and maintaining a positive and successful frame of mind.

Not satisfied with the long recovery times required to improve postural issues, or fully recover from injury and illness and recognising the pattern of mental, emotional, chemical (nutritional) and physical symptoms that presented in these cases, I was drawn to become a Kinesiologist myself to help provide a deeper understanding to my clients of their individual health and wellness needs and a choice to heal naturally

and make the most of their time both in and out of the gym.

"life is 10% what happens and 90% how you react."
