What is Kinesiology

WHAT IS

KINESIOLOGY

Kinesiology is an advanced and holistic natural therapy that enables the detection and correction of imbalances that relate to stress, nutrition, learning problems, minor injuries, and other issues that can negatively impact performance in daily life.

It looks at health as a whole, not only addressing the symptoms of the physical body, but the biochemical (nutritional and hormonal), emotional, mental and energetic patterns of each person at an individual level.  This individualised, holistic health approach is unique to Kinesiology and allows the therapist to deliver more comprehensive results, the effects of which can often be felt instantly.

A gentle and non-invasive therapy, Kinesiology is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology and incorporates practices from Chiropractics, Osteopathy, Western Medicine, Dentistry, Acupuncture and Biochemistry.

Combining these Western Medicine practices with Acupuncture concept of energy flow and the latest discoveries in quantum physics, Kinesiologists use scientific ‘energy’ balancing techniques to access the body's biocomputer (subconscious neurological messaging systems between the brain and muscles) through the gentle process of muscle monitoring.  This provides an insight into an individual’s unique energetic patterning responses and assists in locating underlying imbalances and stress within the body that may be causing health concerns.

Kinesiology is the only therapy that offers a complete mind, body, spirit approach to health care, giving you a more complete insight into your individual health and wellbeing needs.
