THE 5 MINUTE ENERGY PRACTICE TO RESET YOUR BODY CLOCK



Whether it’s a change from or to daylight savings, or travel interstate or overseas, any time you change your relationship to place and time your body clock and circadian rhythms can become distorted, throwing off your patterns of sleep and wake and causing you to feel more tired than usual.


If you’re struggling to adapt to daylight savings this Autumn, following this simple 5 minute practice will help you restore good circadian rhythm and flow.

As you think about the time of day and your current location, for example: 10am in Adelaide South Australia, simply roll out your ears, gently working your way from the top rim of the ear down to the ear lobe, rolling your thumb from the inside to the outside rim of your ear and

pulling gently away from the head.

Not only does it feel fantastic, it will reset your entire meridian system and restore proper circadian rhythm flow, so you feel like yourself again.
